Rules and information

Below are some rules and information to help our customers plan their stay at Residence Alpenrose in Molveno.

Length of stay

The minimum stay is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. We offer customers the possibility of staying for less than a week during the low season (June, September and the winter period).

Arrival and departure times

The apartment is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 9.00 am on the day of departure. In order to guarantee incoming guests the best possible welcome, lateness due to guest negligence is not permitted. Apartments must be left tidy and free of rubbish and waste, which must be deposited in the bins provided outside the Residence in the dedicated space.

Number of people in apartments

The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment will be communicated by the management and is binding.

Tourist tax

The applicable tourist tax will be charged at check out.


In order to confirm their reservation, guests are requested to pay a deposit by bank transfer. The bank details of the Residence will be provided during the reservation process.


The entire deposit will be refunded for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival. Vice versa, the deposit will be kept or put towards a future stay at the Residence, as agreed.


We have some apartments in which pets are welcome together with their families, as long as they are not left on their own for the duration of the holiday. Customers must clearly indicate that they wish to bring their pets with them when submitting their booking request. The management will confirm whether or not it will be possible to accommodate their pets in the dedicated apartments.
